Frequently Asked Questions
What does "per website/app" mean?
Each website or mobile application requires its own subscription. If you have 3 websites, you need 3 subscriptions. Each subscription includes both Cookie Consent and DPDPA Consent modules.
Can I start with the Free plan?
Yes! The Free plan includes 100 cookie consents and 100 DPDPA consents per year — perfect for testing and very small websites. No credit card required. Upgrade anytime as your needs grow.
What happens if I exceed my consent limit?
Consent overage is charged at Rs. 0.50 per 1,000 additional consents, tracked separately for Cookie and DPDPA modules and measured over the annual subscription period. You'll be notified before overage charges apply.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle. Pro-rated adjustments apply for mid-cycle upgrades.
Do I need implementation services?
Not necessarily. The Self-Serve option is free and works great for standard CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Wix. For custom sites, SPA apps, or complex form integrations, our Assisted Setup or Managed Implementation tiers ensure everything is configured correctly.
What is the DPDPA Compliance AMC?
